Room Description at :

Each individually decorated suite offers extra length beds (twin or king size), handcrafted ceiling fans, airconditioning, cotton percale linen and hypo-allergenic bedding and, while most have a separate entrance, each has its own private balcony. The open plan bathrooms have a large shower, freestanding bath, double basins and a separate toilet and bidet. Extras include a home entertainment system with DVD player, flat screen TV and free ADSL internet connection.

Milkwood Suite: Reminiscent of a romantic beach cottage, inspired by the free flow from a white-washed four poster bed through to a veranda and onto the Indian Ocean.

Juliet Suite: Twin room named because of the Juliet balconies leading off both the bedroom and bathroom. The romantic theme has been carried through the room and, with beechwood floors from the original diningroom, it boasts one of the most beautiful bathrooms in Teremok.

Durban View Suite:  On a clear day you can see all the way to Durban and the Bluff (where the city's whaling station used to be based) and, at worst, you can take in the extensive sea views. Keep an eye out for dolphins which can often be spotted riding the waves.

Palm Suite: An oasis of cool seclusion and relaxation. Spectacular use of an antique document printed on linen, depicting the taming of the tiger in India is the exotic axis around which this suite revolves.

Vladykin Suite:  Sophisticated antiques, brocade and embroidered velvets in the beautiful deep jewel colours of the Russian empire are to be found in this room. It's about attention to detail in its extreme. This room is a place of sumptuousness that allows guests to be enveloped in the comforting warmth of red.

Zodiac Suite: This suite houses the six signs of the Zodiac found on the original property. These tiles are securely stowed away in the bathroom and along with the literature of the great masters and the gentle aroma of incense is the history of an age. Here is the essence of mystery. Take reprieve, take stock and enjoy the serenity of this subterranean suite.

Beethoven Suite:  Beethoven himself stayed here. He left his mark – symphonies all over the wall and notes that dance gaily across the gilded furniture. Gold brocade, gold silk, pleated gold chenilles and gold scripted curtains. A violin suspended in time and space symbolises the power and sudden punctuative beauty of this room.

Douglas Suite: This large open plan room with its white ostrich skin headboard is a modern interpretation of a classical idea. No flowers, just stunted succulents in rich teal ceramic containers guard the bathroom. A solitary fish finds serenity and clarity in a glass circle … they know the peace of this room.
